Shipping Policy

We do our best to make sure every Direction Stitches order arrives safely and on time!

  • Processing Time:
    Each blanket is handcrafted and made to order, which takes about 1–3 business days to weave, inspect, and package before shipping.

  • Shipping Time:
    Once your order ships, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed.

  • Tracking Information:
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your blanket ships. You can track your package at any time for updates.

  • Delays & Issues:
    While rare, shipping delays can happen due to weather or carrier volume. If your package is taking longer than expected or appears lost, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    If your blanket arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, we’ll replace or refund your order once verified through the carrier.

  • Customer Support:

    We’re available Monday through Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST) and respond as quickly as possible.
